Welcome back to the Chelan XC Open!
We’re excited to be putting on the Chelan XC Open for 2012! The dates for this years XC Open will be July 8th-14th, with the mandatory pilot meeting taking place on the 7th at the Stehekin Room at Campbells resort in Chelan Washington.
Registration will open up on March 15, and the early fee is $375 before June 7th, $425 after.
The pilot meeting will be Saturday the 7th, in the evening, and we plan on having registration set up to run from 2:00 PM til the pilot meeting starts at 7:30 PM. If you are already in Chelan you can get all the paperwork done before the evening registration which will take pressure off the evening and we can all get to bed early, or at least have time for fun Saturday night. We'll start the pilot meeting at 7:30 which should give pilots time to get there for the info session.
