Welcome back to the Chelan XC Open!
We’re excited to be putting on the Chelan XC Open as part of the U.S. National Series, directly followed by a PWC! The dates for this years XC Open will be July 10th though July 15th, with the mandatory pilot meeting taking place on the 9th at the Stehekin Room at Campbells resort in Chelan Washington.
We're past the early registration fee deadline, but I'm going to extend it until the 17th. After that it will be set at $425.
With the pilot meeting being Friday night I know pilots arriving from out of town may have trouble getting to an early meeting. We plan on having registration set up at 12:00 (noon) on friday at the Stehekin Room of Campbell's Resort. If you are already in Chelan you can get all the paperwork done before the evening registration which will take pressure off the evening and we can all get to bed early, or at least have time for fun Friday night. We'll start the pilot meeting at 7:30 which should give pilots time to get there for the info session.
